Who I Am
I am a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) with ATD, an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Executive Coach with the Certified Coaches Alliance. I have over seventeen years experience in needs assessment for both training and performance, training and performance improvement design, delivery, and evaluation, team development, change management, coaching, and e-learning course development. I have dynamic facilitation skills and extensive experience working with subject matter experts to identify needs, liaise with key stakeholders, and revise, develop, and deliver a wide range of learning solutions.
My experience includes designing and delivering work planning, team development, and other capacity building and performance improvement interventions for international projects. I am focused on achieving measurable and attributable results. I have worked around the world in places including Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia, Albania, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Costa Rica. I have excellent cross-cultural sensitivity as well as relationship building and communication skills. I am a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese.
I live in the Washington, DC area and am available for both domestic and international projects.
